Energy Storage PACK Comprehensive Tester

Energy Storage PACK Comprehensive Tester (also known as ESS PACK Test System, PACK EOL Tester, ATE Test System) is core integrated testing equipment used in the production, R&D and quality inspection of energy storage battery packs. It is used to automatically complete the full-process verification of electrical performance, BMS functions, safety regulations, communication and other items in one test.

1.1. Core Definition & Application

Definition: An automatic testing device integrating high-precision charge and discharge, BMS communication, safety testing, working condition simulation and data acquisition & analysis.

Application: final inspection of finished energy storage PACK (EOL), R&D performance verification, after-sales maintenance, to ensure that all indicators such as voltage, capacity, internal resistance, BMS protection, insulation and communication are qualified.

Applicable to: Residential / C&I energy storage, portable energy storage, large-scale energy storage power stations (LFP, NCM, sodium-ion batteries, etc.).
